Strategy, made real.
A few moments that mattered.
Not every client project deserves a case study. The ones that interest me most usually begin with a question larger than communication.
Yalidine
Strategy · Brand · Marketing · Transformation
Helping shape the brand of one of the companies powering Algeria’s e-commerce economy.
As Yalidine became increasingly embedded in everyday commerce, the question became larger than campaigns:
How does an operationally important company become a culturally relevant national brand?
The work extended across strategy, brand governance, communication, digital, influence, PR and customer-facing initiatives.
Palmary
Corporate Brand · Culture · Employer Brand
Turning corporate values into something people can actually live.
Corporate values are easy to write.Building a culture that people recognize themselves in is much harder.
The work began with an intensive process involving around 80 people, designed to turn abstract values into a shared system of meaning across a growing organization.
The central question:
How do values move from the presentation into everyday behaviour?
Algérie Télécom × Global Africa Tech
Institutional Strategy · Narrative
Taking Algeria’s national telecom story onto a continental stage.
The challenge was not simply to communicate the role of Algeria’s national telecommunications operator. It was to expand the frame.
To place Algérie Télécom inside a broader conversation about:
Africa.Infrastructure.Connectivity.Technology.Digital sovereignty.And the continent’s next digital chapter.
Nouris Elbahr
Brand · Corporate Communication · Launch
Building the brand behind a historic first in Algerian maritime transport.
For decades, maritime passenger transport in Algeria had been associated with a single public operator.
Nouris Elbahr introduced something new:a private Algerian maritime transport operator.
The challenge was therefore larger than launching another brand. It was about creating trust around something new, giving an emerging company a credible identity and turning a historical industry challenge into a source of ambition and national pride.
